Heat Kernel Signature

We implement our own method for comparing 3D models, using the heat kernel signature (HKS), originally described by Sun et al.¹ We compute the HKS from an approximation of the Laplace-Beltrami operator, obtained from the Laplacian matrix. We plot the results of the HKS on 3D models and devised a distance method to compare them.

This project was implemented in C++ and C#.
